In order to better stimulate the enthusiasm of employees for work, establish the awareness of active communication, mutual trust, unity and cooperation among employees, and win in the team, enhance the sense of responsibility and belonging of employees, we organized an outdoor development activity .

At the beginning of the team building activity, everyone seemed to have not been separated from the busy work and tired bodies, but through the quick team building time, sonorous and powerful dialogue responses, and interesting team games, our team members were all over the place at once. The status was adjusted in time. The activity gradually kicked off with the team presentation of each group.

The activity was successfully completed with the active participation of everyone. With the characteristics of "education in action, education in emotion, education in fun, education in heart, and emphasis on simple actions", the training was infiltrated into the behavior experience of the participants .
